One Day at a Time!!!

My Plan tomorrow:
  • Meditation/Devotional in the morning when I wake up.
  • Work out at 6:15am to a cardio video on Netflix
  • Eating: Coffee in the morning, 3 (approx. 300 cal) meals, 2 (100) cal. snacks.
  • Text Nic. in the evening
  • Grateful journal entry
