Nico: 8:30 - 20 minutes Jillian, 20 minutes cardio
Ang: 6:15 - 20 minutes video; 1 minute run on the treadmill
Will start the day off with meditation/daily reflection or prayer
Will end each day, listing 5 things in grateful journal
