Yipee!
Ok...so don't quote me on this but I think I've lost about 3 pounds! From what my terrible eyes can see of the little tick marks, I weighed in at 132 today! I'm going to get another scale today, though, and weigh myself tomorrow. Very exciting, though :) I will give you a call today - hope all is going well!

Check-in
Hey there! I haven't posted in a while so thought I would check-in. As I've been incredibly bloated, I've ignored the old scale for a few days. I did, however, have a great workout today and will weigh-in tomorrow. My heiney heist has been going quite well, actually (minus the bloat setback). I haven't been eating and working out at 100% BUT...have been controlling the portion sizes, eating relatively well, and doing some decent workouts. I've been feeling much better and have a lot of energy :) I got some craptastic news yesterday...found out that I have to go back to work this coming Monday!! How awful is that??? They are making me go to a 2 freaking week orientation - AND it's geared toward teachers, not school psychologists. I'm pretty ticked. So...I've been frantically trying to get my binders organized and finish up all the loose ends around the house. I thought I would have two full weeks to get things done but, alas, not so. Hope your workout and eating are going well!

Tilapia - hooray!
I'm going to write tomorrow as well but just wanted to report my delicious dinner tonight! I'm still feeling good post-workout, by the way....am so glad I hit the gym. Andy made this wonderful tilapia with a light layer of pesto on top. I've been eating quite a bit of pesto lately...small amounts but - it's not too bad, is it? I know it has oil but it's olive oil...the good kind?? Anyhow...we had fish and then he sauteed a mix of veggies - green beans, yellow squash, carrots, and zucchini. It was so yummy. I'm quite pleased with dinner - some nice vegetables and fish. Hope your night is going great. I will check in tomorrow...I'm hoping that my bloat doesn't inflate my weight - yikes!

Nice Job!
It sounds like you are doing just great with the old heiney heist! I have been doing quite well, too, though haven't done as much exercise as I would have liked. Yesterday I had a great breakfast..some fruit and a little wheat bagel. Lunch was at Tim's and, actually, he's on this crazy health kick so my eats were very good. I had a turkey sandwich on this very healthy bread (something his acupuncturist recommended), tomato, onion, and a little bit of pesto. Lots of water. We went out for dinner but I split entrees with friends and only sampled each plate. So...yeah! Goody good so far. I had a mini bagel for breakfast this morning and am just about to eat lunch. A nice salad. Great job so far! I'm going to weigh in on Saturday morning and let you know what I'm at. I seriously think that Andy is going to have to look at the little tick marks for me - I can't see them! Keep up the excellent diet and exercise...those rosemary chicken cutlets you made sounded delicious. I'm going to have to try those for sure!
Size 8 here I come!!!
Okay so I have been doing great. Had a great day of eating yesterday. I especially liked my dinner which was chicken cutlets I coated with a little bread crumbs with fresh rosemary, thyme, and scallions..YUMMY. I cooked it in olive oil and I made my own homemade vinegarette for our salad. I love cooking! I took a walk yesterday and did pilates and strength training. I plan on doing the eliptical, pilates and a little more strength training here this morning. I had an egg, yogurt, apple, and coffee for bfast...looking forward to a great day! I hope yesterday went well for you and today it a good one too! I am interested to hear how its going for you....

Good Eats
Great start to the new and improved heiney heist! I did not do too shabby myself. I had yogurt, blueberries, banana, and granola for breakfast. Golfed and burned some calories walking around so much...forgot my snack - oops. I was VERY proud of myself for lunch. Andy suggested we stop by the store and pick up hamburgers to grill for lunch. I bought myself a package of lean turkey burgers instead. So I had this turkey burger with a little pesto sauce (instead of mayonnaise), some light feta cheese, tomato, and onion. I also had some corn on the cob and a tomato/cucumber salad. Tons of veggies for lunch! AND lots and lots of water. For dinner, I had a little bit of leftover veggie lasagna. I'm going to do some arm/ab exercises in a minute. Yea for us! We both did great today. I weighed in at 135 this morning..about half of a pound lighter than yesterday. This scale is going to pose a serious problem, though. I can't read the little tick marks! I used to be able to but my vision is going downhill. Yikes. I'm going to have to have Andy crouch down and read what it is! Congrats on a great first day buddy! We are so going to do it this time! I will check in again tomorrow. Nighty night!
Whoo Hooo!
So, I weighed myself this morning and I was 157...one pound down, 14 more to go! I am feeling great today and have really been keeping with out plan very well. I woke up and did pilates then Kristen and I took an hour+ walk today that was very intense. I also plan on doing some strength training sometime today. I had and egg, yogurt, and an apple. For a snack I had coffee..for lunch I had a veggie hot dog, string cheese, and blueberries. I have to also add 1oo calories or so for "bites" I took of Steve's lunch and other things. For dinner I plan to have one of those Kashi meals in the micro and a piece of fruit. Thats the plan! I hope I stick with it! How was golf? And your eating? I hope you are doing great and feeling even better! You can do it!

End of Day One
Hey there buddy! I am back from the drive home...I miss you already! My eating was not too terrible...i got a hard shell taco from the Bell and snacked on a few Triscuits and blueberries. I almost ate about an hour ago but Andy talked me out of it :) I wasn't too insistent...just hungry. I am going to weigh in tomorrow morning - doubt I lost anything as I've been totally sedentary all day from driving! I set up my scale in the bedroom and am all pumped up. I will make sure I get a good breakfast tomorrow morning and am planning to bring a snack for golf. Will write again tomorrow. Hope you had a great rest of the day with eating and pilates! Chat with you soon, professor :)
A feminine fresh beginning!
Starting this year a little heavier than last...but that is OK. Because we have the power of the heiney heist. We're doin it again and this time NOTHING will get in our way!! Weigh-in this morning resulted in: Nico - 136 and Ang - 158. Hot tamale. Our goal is to lose 15 lbs each. Anything more than that would be a bonus!! The prospective end date of our heiney heist adventure is September 13th. That is an approximate 2 lbs a week. Healthy. Oh yeah. We are highly motivated right now and will keep one another positive and encouraged as the weeks go by. Picturing ourselves at ideal weight by fall is incredibly motivating!! So, hats off to Nicoangelo. Heiney Heist back in full effect. Check ya later.
