Steak and potatoes...oh my!
Your meals today are to be envied! Nice job, buddy! Good luck with your travels, too....I know you can do it. Just think about how much better you will feel eating lighter and healthier as opposed to snarfing down a BK chicken sandwich and cheese munchies :) My tummy was not feeling so hot after that. SO....today wasn't a total bust but wasn't as great as it could be. I have to say...I'm doing much better with portion control. Breakfast was yogurt and OJ, water for snack, lunch was grilled cheese (low-fat) and tomato soup (and water). For dinner...I ate with Andy's family and we had steak and potatoes. I did, however, only take small servings. For my workout...this was also altered a bit. My day got unexpectedly busy but I was able to fit in a number of activities...walked to and from my hair appointment (20 minutes), swam for about 20 minutes, and then painted for an hour and a half. Painting actually caused a good sweat! So that's my check-in! I would definitely like to do a little better but am not entirely unhappy with my progress. I'm actually feeling better! Congrats on the excellent job that you're doing, Ang! And good luck with the road trip. I can't wait to hear how it went. I'll be blogging in while you're away. Miss you already!!
