It sounds like you have been doing great!! I hope this weekend has not been as challenging for you as it has been for me. I have some special stuff for you that I will be sending out tomorrow! Yay!
Okay, so I did really well with eating on Thursday! I didn't get a chance to work out but we did a lot of walking around the amusement park on Thursday and Friday. Friday eating was pretty good, however Sat. and today was not what I call great. I weighed in at 152 this morning but I think it will be no problem to get back to where I was before. I have been stuck at 150-152 for weeks now. It has been hard to break it and get back into the 140's. I am dying to get to 149 so that can jump start my motivation to get down to 140!!! I am exciting to start the week fresh and get back to some serious calorie burning workouts this week.
