So I feel pretty good about today:) I took a good 30 min. power walk this morning and one this evening with Tony too. I also did my strength training and ab workouts as well. My eating went well too. I hope I see some results on the scale tomorrow morning! That would be motivating!!
How did you do? I am interested to see how we both do in the morning.....
