Fri-dee

Hey there! It's actually Saturday so I'll do a double-entry. Yesterday went quite well! I did a nice workout...situps, lower body toning, pushups, and 45 minutes of cardio. It felt very good. Eating was also quite good....plain bagel with plain cream cheese, tomato, and basil for breakfast (and iced green tea...mmmmm!); lunch was only 1/2 a pita and hummus + water. My roommate was super cleaning the kitchen so I felt bad making a mess with cooking! For dinner, Andy and I went out with his dad and I ordered tilapia with rice and fresh veggies. This is some seriously good eating for me. Usually when I got out to eat I get horrible things :).

Today - Saturday - my off-day workout; I had homemade strawberry and banana pancakes (So good!) with coffee. Had lots of water at work, and just ate a tuna sandwich with chicken noodle soup. plus a little piece of birthday cake :) I feel so full! I do think I'm a little on the bloated side at present because, typically, I wouldn't feel this gigantic after not eating much. My stomach feels like I stuffed a balloon in it! I hope your trip is going great - can't wait to read your blogs! I'm sending your goodies either tomorrow or Monday! Good eating!
