We've started off our Heiney Heist with a BANG. Breakfast consisted of whole wheat blueberry waffles, yogurt, juice, and a moderate amount of coffee. I think we've each lost 10 pounds already. We also weighed in this morning to see the actual amount that we're working with.
Nic: 134lbs. Goal: lose 14 lbs to reach 120 lbs.
Ang: 153lbs. Goal: lose 13 lbs. to reach 140lbs.
Goal is to lose approximately 2 lbs per week. We will both reach our goals by August 23, 2008.
